The Engineered Cage is a survivor education course that teaches the Seven Mechanisms used to build, maintain, and hide coercive control.
It is for anyone who has lived through a relationship that was confusing, controlling, emotionally punishing, or quietly destabilizing — and who needs a clear way to understand what actually happened.
The shift
Stop studying the incidents. Start seeing the structure.
Most survivors try to make sense of it one incident at a time: this argument, that silence, the apology, the blowup. But coercive control was never built from single moments. It was built from a pattern — repeated consequences, emotional pressure, isolation, the slow erosion of who you are, financial restriction, surveillance, the manipulation of your children or the courts, and the gradual replacement of your own judgment with fear.
This course teaches you to stop studying the incidents and start seeing the structure.
Inside this course
What the cage is, and how it was built.
- What coercive control actually is, and how it operates as a system rather than a series of bad days
- Why looking at isolated incidents never explains the whole pattern
- The seven mechanisms that make up The Engineered Cage — and how to recognize each one
- How each mechanism reshapes your identity, your confidence, your relationships, your money, your safety, and your ability to choose freely
- Why you were left feeling confused, ashamed, responsible, and unable to trust yourself — and why none of that was a personal failing
- How naming the mechanism begins to return your clarity and your authority over your own mind
What you walk away with
Language for what happened — and a way forward.
By the end, you will have language for what happened, a clear map of the cage you were living inside, and a real starting point for taking your autonomy back.
You were never broken. You were engineered — and anything engineered can be reverse-engineered.
