Effective Date: April 16, 2026
Last Updated: April 28, 2026
This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which Restored Autonomy™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes refund and return requests for products and services purchased through its website and related digital properties (collectively, the "Services"). By making a purchase, you ("you" or "Purchaser") agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Company's Terms of Service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ONLINE COURSES, AND ONE-ON-ONE SERVICES ARE FINAL. PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.
1. Digital Downloads
1.1 All Sales Final. Digital products, including but not limited to field guides, workbooks, and downloadable PDFs (collectively, "Digital Products"), are delivered electronically upon completion of purchase. All sales of Digital Products are final. The Company does not provide refunds for Digital Products.
1.2 Limited Exceptions. Notwithstanding Section 1.1, the Company will issue a refund or credit at its discretion under the following limited circumstances:
- A technical failure attributable to the Company prevents delivery of the Digital Product;
- The delivered file is corrupted or materially nonconforming to its description; or
- Duplicate charges have occurred due to system error.
1.3 Time Limit. Requests under Section 1.2 must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
2. Online Courses
2.1 All Sales Final. Due to the immediate digital delivery and intellectual property nature of online course content, all sales of online courses are final. The Company does not provide refunds for online course purchases.
2.2 Technical Issues. Notwithstanding Section 2.1, if a Purchaser is unable to access purchased course content due to a technical failure attributable to the Company, the Company will work in good faith to resolve the access issue or, if resolution is not possible, provide a refund or credit at the Company's discretion.
3. One-on-One Services
3.1 Non-Refundable. Private consultations and other one-on-one services are non-refundable once scheduled.
3.2 Rescheduling. Rescheduling requires no less than forty-eight (48) hours' advance written notice. Sessions canceled with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice or missed without notice are forfeited.
4. Group Programs and Cohorts
4.1 Pre-Start Refunds. Full refunds for group programs and cohorts are available upon written request received no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the program start date.
4.2 Post-Commencement. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.
4.3 Discretionary Accommodations. The Company may, in its sole discretion, accommodate exceptional circumstances through deferral to a future cohort or other reasonable alternative.
5. Subscriptions and Memberships
5.1 Cancellation. Subscription and membership fees may be canceled at any time. Cancellation halts future billing cycles but does not refund the current billing period.
5.2 Continued Access. Access to subscription benefits continues through the end of the current billing period.
5.3 Initial Setup Fees. Where applicable, initial signup or setup fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days from purchase.
6. Physical Products
6.1 Return Period. Where the Company offers physical products, returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
6.2 Return Shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser, except where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
6.3 Refund Processing. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within ten (10) business days of the Company's receipt of the returned item.
7. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, submit a written request to hello@restoredautonomy.com containing the following information:
- Full legal name;
- Email address used for the original purchase;
- Order number;
- Product or service for which a refund is requested; and
- Reason for the refund request.
The Company will acknowledge refund requests within three (3) business days and notify the requester of its determination. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Processing times by the issuing financial institution may vary.
8. Chargebacks
8.1 Direct Contact Required. Purchasers must contact the Company directly before initiating a chargeback with any financial institution.
8.2 Consequences of Improper Chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with the Company, the Company reserves the right to (a) revoke access to the associated products or services, (b) suspend or terminate the Purchaser's account, (c) block future purchases, and (d) contest the chargeback with supporting documentation.
9. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any transaction reasonably believed to involve fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized use of payment methods.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any non-waivable rights granted to consumers under applicable law. Where applicable law grants additional or different refund rights, those statutory rights apply.
11. Modifications
The Company may modify this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes. Modifications apply prospectively and do not affect transactions completed prior to the effective date of the modification.
