This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Restored Autonomy™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes Personal Information through its website located at restoredautonomy.com, related digital properties, and any associated products, courses, assessments, or services made available by the Company (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to all individuals who interact with the Services ("you" or "User").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and consent to the practices described herein.
1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the twelve (12) months preceding the Effective Date, the Company has collected the following categories of Personal Information, as defined under applicable law:
1.1 Identifiers. Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, telephone number, and account credentials.
1.2 Commercial Information. Records of products and services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
1.3 Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity. Browsing history, search history, and information regarding interaction with the Services, including pages viewed, time spent, and referring sources.
1.4 Geolocation Data. General geographic location derived from IP address.
1.5 Inferences. Inferences drawn from the foregoing categories to create a profile reflecting preferences, characteristics, and behaviors.
1.6 Sensitive Personal Information. The Company collects account log-in credentials and billing information. Such information is processed solely to provide the Services and as permitted by law. The Company does not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about Users.
2. Sources of Personal Information
2.1 Direct Interaction. Information you provide when registering for an account, completing an assessment, making a purchase, contacting customer service, or otherwise communicating with the Company.
2.2 Automated Technologies. Information collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies.
2.3 Third Parties. Information received from service providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, and marketing partners.
3. Business Purposes for Processing
The Company processes Personal Information for the following business purposes:
3.1 Service Delivery. To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions; deliver products; and provide customer support.
3.2 Account Administration. To create and manage User accounts, authenticate Users, and communicate regarding account status.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (Applicable to EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents)
For individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Company processes Personal Information on the following legal bases:
4.1 Performance of a Contract. Processing necessary to fulfill our obligations under a contract with you.
4.2 Legitimate Interests. Processing necessary for the Company's legitimate business interests, where such interests are not overridden by your rights.
4.3 Consent. Processing based on your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
4.4 Legal Obligation. Processing necessary to comply with applicable law.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company does not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. The Company may disclose Personal Information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers. To third-party vendors that perform services on the Company's behalf, including payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and fraud prevention. Such service providers are contractually obligated to protect Personal Information and use it only as directed.
5.2 Professional Advisors. To attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other professional advisors as necessary for legitimate business purposes.
5.3 Corporate Transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar corporate transaction, with appropriate notice to affected Users.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

7. Global Privacy Control
The Company recognizes Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals transmitted by browsers configured to convey opt-out preferences. Where a User's browser transmits a valid GPC signal, the Company treats it as a request to opt out of the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browser or device.
8. Privacy Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:
8.1 Right to Know and Access. The right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information collected, the sources from which it was collected, and the purposes for which it is used.
8.2 Right to Deletion. The right to request deletion of Personal Information, subject to applicable exceptions.
8.3 Right to Correct. The right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
8.4 Right to Portability. The right to receive Personal Information in a structured, commonly used format.
8.5 Right to Opt Out. The right to opt out of the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising and certain automated decision-making.
8.6 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. The right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information to that which is necessary to provide the Services.
8.7 Right to Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw such consent at any time.
8.8 Right to Non-Discrimination. The Company will not discriminate against any User for exercising privacy rights under applicable law.
8.9 Authorized Agents. California residents may designate an authorized agent to make rights requests on their behalf, subject to verification.

9. Data Retention
The Company retains Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
10. Security
The Company maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
The Company is headquartered in the United States. Personal Information collected through the Services is transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be transferred to a jurisdiction whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. Where required, the Company implements appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected such information, the Company will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Information to the Company may contact us at hello@restoredautonomy.com.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services not operated by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. This Policy applies solely to information collected by the Company.
14. Do Not Track
The Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. The Company recognizes Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 7.
15. Changes to This Policy
The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through updates to the "Last Updated" date or by other means as required by law. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
